  2. im complete noob to crypto building my first rig this weekend with rx 570 4gb will eventually get all six but gonna start with three. next rig i build ill save alot more money than this one. Though this one is my learning machine. like your vids on hard wallets product reviews.

  3. Hey man! I finally started the 1070ti rig after selling the L3+. Just trying to find a good power to performance ratio clocking the 7 cards now. So far 3250 sol/s but keeping the cards at under 60c and using 120watt each!

All thanks in part to your guides as well 🙂

  4. Bro!! We need to see that shed series! Everyday I get on YouTube like, "Vosk got that shed series out yet!?" nope Feel like I'm waiting for the next season of Game of Thrones over here. I'm 10 seconds away from starting my own shed but I'm trying to be patient so I can get that Vosk knowledge first. Thanks for what you do, you've been a huge enabler for me on my own mining journey. 7200 SOLs and climbing! 🙂

  5. Being 34y old and coming from playing every warcraft from the start from from I to III with expansions on II & III and also Starcraft when it came out (My computer at the time barley played it!) and Starcraft II, I by far agree that The "Original Starcraft" superseded all of them (No I never got into or played WoW! and won't). Same goes for Diablo, I played them all, and still enjoy the Original the best. Sorry dude!

  6. So Vosk when its time to sell your old gpus to upgrade to new ones. What marketplace do you recommend, amazon, ebay, craigslist, ect.

  7. I'm new to bitcoin mining and I want to start it. Please tell me the mandatory things to mine. I have a budget of around $500 to spend for a mining rig. What Is the best rig I can setup?

  8. Hey man love the channel! I cant tell you how helpful its been. Not only your technical expertise but just seeing someone who's doing it. Helps block out the haters haha I got my first GPU miner up and running (8 RX 570s) and I have a few asic miners otw! Thanks again man!

  9. Hey man. I'm loving your videos. I've learned a ton from you. I have crypto ready to send to newegg or I can sell and buy from Amazon. You mentioned it helps you out if I go through Amazon with your link I guess. So, I want to build a mashup of you "best bang for buck rig" and the "direct inject trio!" Only problem is… part list.
I know your a busy guy but… if you could take the time to link part list for that that would be awesome. Ill use your Amazon links. Thanks man!

  10. Hey man! I alredy loved your videos, I'm learning so much! I can see alot of myself in you and that really feels cool. Also when you stated that WC3 frozen throne was the best game, it did you. You're now my favourite! Keep the cool videos coming and make sure you get those merch out soon for us!

    Peace!

  11. Great video as always Voskcoin.

I recently got into mining and started off with a 6x 1070 rig and your videos has been so much help to me and I am now expanding with another 6x and 12x 1070 ti rig.

As an owner of three dogs hearing about Tails breaks my heart. Get well soon Tails!

I am thinking about building one of your "best bang for buck" 12×1060 rigs but I was wondering if it's still doable to run with 3gb? I've read that they might become obsolete for mining ETH soon but does the same go for equihash?

    Keep it up mate!

  12. noob question alert. Any reason why you make rigs with only 3gb cards? when do you think 3gb cards won't be able to mine anymore? love the content Vosk

  13. Consume huge amounts of energy and resources, yet makes money!?! Strange world we live in. Absolutely bonkers really. This so called mining, creates a coin/token, by which people then attach a value, but you haven't done anything substantial. Its insane that the world rewards this kind of work. Nothing against those that do this, its just the world we live in. But then, the worlds pretty messed up in many other ways as well. Somethings quite not right here.

    1. "Consume huge amounts of energy and resources, yet makes money" Uhh, yeah? No shit lmao. If someone is consuming huge amounts of energy & resources, they're likely doing so because there's a payoff in doing so.

"You haven't done anything substantial." The fact that you think that just clearly shows you don't understand the tech behind cryptocurrency is, or what cryptocurrency even is for that matter.

  14. hey vosk can you please explain how you convert your mined coins into USD, say I was mining gobyte or any other alt coin. how do I get the actual money for my mining, thanks for all the info.

  15. The fact that you've 7 gcards etc is a good asset if crypto goes to shit, there is a lot of resell value.
I'm gonna build somewhat of a rig later or, when I've the space 😀

  16. I think you just convinced me into getting into my own mining operation. I currently invest in bitcoin and altcoins, do cloud mining and lending…I'm guessing it won't hurt to diversify even more. Thanks again.

  17. Yo Vosk!, slow down, I ust saw workers outside in 34deg weather sweating @ the Amazon warehouse from trying to fill your orders! I'm thinking ethash algo now since all the big frofit players are building off the Ehernet blockchain. Now mining ETH and Expanse with ethminer-fork. Kodak anounced yesterday they are building a chain off Ethernet for photo licensing, I day-trade and jumped on the stock yesterday, just sold, it jumped 4x, so I actually made almost 1000x what I made mining equihash on my dual 1060 rig in the last 14hrs. Kodak also filed ICO for "kodak coins", 3 other companies involed including Appcoins (APPC). Oil companies soon to be building off the ethereum blockchain also to move huge data and create coins….. sorry, gotta get back to trading…. had to mention! I'm thinking a dual rx 480 x4 or rx580 x8 so will use your links…. see ya!

  18. Really enjoy your youtube channel. Consider it one of the best on the subject for Cryptomining. Will you please share where you were able to pick up a GTX 1070 Ti for $450. I am not seeing that happen anywhere with stock being out and most online dealers severely price gouging. If you follow your Amazon links all the third party sellers are seeling GPUs for sometimes double or more the MSRP price. So please do share where you were able to get a 1070 Ti for $450. I do remember others asking as well. Thanks so much for all your amazing work!!!

  19. Can you please direct me to a video on how to set up the bios on the motherboard and clock speed on the GPUs? I have all of the hardware parts, but no software. Do I need windows 10? What about Linux? Sorry, just need some help.

  20. Hey Buddy! Love the vids and how helpful you are with all this. Anyway you could help me out? I have 4 OLD msi R7 370 Cards and 2 R9 380 Cards. I can't figure out on Whattomine.com how to calculate what I need to be mining. Also, when I do figure out what to mine… This is stupid, I know, But do I load the script on a flash drive on my main windows box and then take that thumb drive over to Rig and somehow it will run off that?

  21. Your $tuff blows my mind. I have enjoyed watching your posts and your lessons learned.

If you had $5k to spend on a rig what would you recommend for a rig and which coins to mine?

  22. I'd love to compare notes with your Burst mining. It took me a couple of days to get the Blockchain downloaded without getting corrupted. I plotted a small drive to get started. Look to adding 16TB after that and if it all works out get up to 100-200TB.

  23. Also great attitude about crypto and getting more people involved! Don't be greedy guys, help it gain traction and you'll see your profit's grow faster than you can mine!

  24. hey Voss, whats the best way you tend to keep your cards cool from temp. do you have a specific way you setup the cards to cool them down

  25. That moment when you can "bug" the system and pay no electricity bill in Mexico… And no… Not by living on my mom's house. LOL.
    Rocking 2 L3+ and a rig.
Trying to get more… But its super expensive down here due to import taxes… ..
Cheers from Mexico. Love the channel and love tails 🙂

  26. Ugh! New Egg! You are absolutely right about the card availability and delivery time Amazon v New Egg! They're never better priced, better stocked, or fast delivery as Amazon sellers have been.

  27. Sudesh Kumar well they are about 300$ a piece when in stock I would shoot for 24 of em. Just need all your friends to order one for you. Probably 30 or 40 days seeing how you can resell all your ahit for at least half value. Infact rite now you can sell used cards for as much or more then new ones. Wait for it to be in stock don't use 3rd parties

  28. It's not actually a forntier edition, what you bought was the miner/block chain version, they discontinued the FE and renamed, and lowered the price to 800usd as the FE did not sell well, Monero is a nightmare for sure see ya later

  29. I'll have about $4000 to spend on mining next month. I want to get an antminer but I am interested in building my own rig. Antminer S9 is so hard to get right now. Just don't know what to do.

  30. Hey Dude! Love the content. Probably the best channel on GPU mining on the interwebs! Looking at getting into building rigs (especially since Antminers are almost impossible to get unless you are an ensomniac and can order in under 90 seconds when they do release a new batch, because that is how fast they sell out). Anyway, I digress.

So, I want to get your take on the NVIDIA Titan XP. Is it suitable for mining? They are kind of pricey at $1200 per card, but given the prices scalpers are charging for 1080 TI, it may not be that bad, especially if it will ROI in a reasonable time.

    Give us your feedback.

    Thanks again.

    H

  31. I was thinking on building a 6x 1070 gygabyte rig, as I could get them for around $400 dllrs here in mexico, new, i know expensive.,, do you think it is a good idea? I made around $3000-3500 bucks trading so i wanted to make myself a rig with that, your channel is very good! keep it up!

  32. Vosk…Can ya go a bit more into the HDD mining? Looking around at different platforms and wanting to see what you are using, trying or playing around with.

  33. Hey Vosk, great content, look forward to going back and watching more of your past content. I've built pc's for 20+ years and learning about crypto over the past couple of months. I've bought some cloud mining contracts and paying out on BTC nicely but defiantly want to learn how to build the rigs and get them running. Thanks for sharing!

  34. can you make videos about budget mining? like dual vga mining? is it worth it? iam interested to start mining, but yeah my money is really limited. my budget only about $1000 USD, have look guide for it but most of them mining with 6 or even more vga. Thanks! really appreciate your vid

  35. I am starting from zero with mining. Can you recommend somewhere to go and read information so I can get started right? Thanks

    1. Every time I think of a mining I realize that it was better to just invest into coin and hodl rather than do a lot of work with less profit. Don't do that. Just research the crypto. No hurry. Think of what different cryptos provide and what would you select as your best crypto. Then just get your fiat you'd otherwise spend on a mining rig and get the crypto on the exchange (and never hold it there, withdraw immediately). Then sleep for a few years and BAM. You are rich

    1. no 😀 I think its just a matter of luck which memory you'll get. There might be more Hynix on the market but its possible to get samsung too. Not every new card is using Hynix

  36. Hi @voskcoin i would like to ask regarding the gtx1060 rig, you use that to mine ethereum right? Heard words on the web that in a couple of months those unable to kine because increase i dag. Can you confirm that? Thanks – Newbie

  37. Your vids are ALWAYS useful my friend. Keep it up! Viewing your description, am I to assume that you have 8 distinct mining rigs mining those 8 coins separately? If so, that's a lot of diversification.

  38. really appreciate all you have done through your mining journey. as transparent as you can be and always good content. looking forward to watching your journey in 2018. best of luck

  39. What is the thinking behind the higher memory the better for mining? These cards have huge amounts of memory because graphics applications and games have data that needs huge amounts of memory, art assets and audio assets and 3d models. In mining there is none of that. Its my belief that a 1gb graphics card would perform the same as a 4gb graphics card. Is there proof or some data that proves the more memory the better for mining? Because It doesn't make sense to me, the size of the data being dealt with in mining is microscopic compared to games.
